  The cabin had a wonderful, in-the-mountains ambience about it, with all the wood paneling, rock fireplace, and bear decor.
  The only negative was the throw rugs in the upstairs family room; they were quite a tripping hazard from the edges that curled up.

  We loved this rental. It felt cozy but was also plenty big enough for the five of us with the three bedrooms. We loved the backyard with the stream and area to walk and play in the snow. The only thing that worried me as a mom was the white carpet, but they had plenty of runners, so we stayed on those. We will definitely be back!

  Great Time in a Great House

  Raccoon 20 is a great house and just what we wanted. It is quiet and located in such a way that all the views are of the forest. Very peaceful. We had a great time. There is a slight leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom that we discovered when it rained. Oddly, the bedroom is located directly beneath the dining room, so we could not tell where the water was coming from. A small issue, really.
  We really liked the house, the people at AAA and the nice man that delivered the firewood. He brought along his four year old sone Charlie, who was great.
  We plan to come back to this same house!

  I've rented this property 7 0r 8 times and have always found it a great getaway. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and almost always spotlessly clean. How about leaving the BBQ out in the summer?
