  I found AAA Rental personnel just fine. The unit we stayed in was marginal in its furnishings and upkeep. Found all the Christmas decor to be rather unappealing. Several light bulbs had to be replaced and living room furniture and TV marginal at best.

  The place itself was nice but extremely durty and dusty. Make sure you take your own blankets and pillows the ones over there are super dirty. Other than that It's a cute and cozy place to stay.

  The cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay there. Only two complaints: 1) It was supposed to have air conditioning-- which was the whole reason we selected this property. When we arrived, the A/C wasn't working. Luckily we had brought along our own fan, so it was OK, given the cabin is not in a super shady location. 2) The deadbolt on the front door wouldn't work. I know people in Lake Arrowhead leave their doors unlocked, but coming from the city, we feel we need the deadbolt. But overall, we had a very nice stay.
